Members Agreement

This Members Agreement comprises the understanding between the Southwest Chamber of Commerce, a 501(c)(6) not-for-profit business association, and you: the authorized representative of a for-profit business joining the chamber as a Member and as a part of the chamber’s formal business membership.

As a Member of the Southwest Chamber of Commerce, you agree to the following:

• Authorized representation and acting on behalf of your business that is a Member of the chamber.
• Maintenance of an active membership by promptly paying annual Member dues.
• Participation in chamber business to advance our Mission.
• Understanding and conformance with the chamber’s developed Bylaws.
• Convivial, professional and collaborative engagement.
• Confidentiality of sensitive Member information designated as such.
• No specific business results are proffered or guaranteed to Members.
• You disclaim the chamber from liability related to your involvement.

A chamber Member may cancel membership at any time, however, a Member who cancels will not be refunded for already-paid member dues.

This Members Agreement comprises the entire understanding between the Southwest Chamber of Commerce and each Member unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing.
